Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of any marks, scents, or signs of wear.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
